    Hi,

I’m also having a problem already reported.
I can provide you, Reedyseth, an access to my site if it can help to solve the problem.

This plugin runs well on a WP 4.8.1 local fresh install.

However I encounter problems on a test copy of my online WP site upgraded to WP 4.8.1. I tried with the default theme and after having deleted every other plugins with no effect.

When I subscribe to comments, as a user, from the posts, the database seems correctly populated.

    The problems noticed :
    – the admin “Manage subscriptions” page list is empty. No subscription displayed.
    – in this same page, the manual add of a subscription seems not to work (database not populated)
    – in the admin > Comments page, tha last columns “Subscriptions” displays No
    – if, in a post, I click on “You can manage the subscriptions of this post.” it displays me the “No subscriptions match your search criteria.” and no list appears.

I really hope it will be fixed soon, as this plugin seems pretty good!

I remain at your service to provide you any additional information you would need.

    Regards
    Patric

You need to see what the collation of the tables are in the database table “wp_subscribe_reloaded_subscribers”. I had to change the collation to “utf9_general_ci”.

    Hi Mark

Thanks a lot for your advice!
It seems it solved my problem.
    Thanks!

For French people who would land on this post: Collation is called “Interclassement” in French, under PHPMyAdmin.
