Manage users with lower level

Hi everybody!
I’m using the plugin Restrict User Access and i want a Editor User to manage other users rights with lower level as Authors and subscribers. But this Editor must not be capable to manage Admin Users.

1 I created 2 access levels (Author level, and Editor level)
2 I set all capabilities of Author to denied (only crete post allowed.)
3 I set capabilities of Editor to Allow manage users (but Editor here is still able to manage Admin users, and this is wat i dont like)

Is it possible for an Editor to manage lower users, but not managing the admin users?
