I’ve got “Managed WordPress” from my host, one.com.

They can’t get access to my site, when Security is active. I’ve tried to add one.com to trusted domains, but it didn’t help.

When I disable Security, it works fine from one.com.

    Can you help?

    Regards

    Elo

    Hello Elo,

You probably need to find the hosting IPs in your logs and add them to your personal lists (there’s a button by each entry).

If that doesn’t work, could you describe in more detail how they can’t get to your site? What messages are visible on the screen? How is access being accomplished?

Problem solved. It wasn’t Cleantalk, but my host, that did make problems…
