    Hi,

We have products that are selected by size, these come in a variety of terms for example standard paper sizes – A3, A2, A1 etc., as well as a variety of random metric sizes like 1500mm x 1000mm or imperial sizes such as 3ft x 2ft. My question is should these all this random disconnected information be included in one size Attribute – which makes it difficult to navigate when it comes to assigning variations, or could we make one size attribute for each type ie. standard paper sizes, metric sizes and imperial sizes all with the same name “size”? (It is important that the product only shows the option of size so all the attributes have to have the same name)

You can create separate attributes with the same name “Size”, but each has to have a unique slug.

    I hope it helps.

Thanks @maykato I thought that might be the case. It’s just difficult remembering which attribute is which when they have the same name in the products panel.

    Hi @mjldisplays

I understand. When attributes have the same name, it could be confusing. The only solution I can think of is adding extra letter or text to the attribute’s names such as Size-a and Size-b.
