I have just started to use Hustle, and still working through the usual learning curve. Most things I have worked out. But have this question. If I have popups requiring an email address for access to a link to a free download, what happens if a past user revisits the site? Does the first log-in remain active, or will they need to input their email address each time? Thanks for any advice. I did search the help forum but did not find this specific question there.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @rjfnz !

    Hope you’re doing well!

Hustle doesn’t manage sessions or logging in out of the box (you can use a Forminator form inside of the popup to handle those in more advanced way) so the only thing that’s happening by default is handling the opt-in.

There is an option in the Behaviour tab (at the bottom) to set the “Visibility after opt-in” of the popup – you can select to no longer show the popup to that visitor.

For more complex setups where the visitor creates an account and can log into the site to access some additional materials, I recommend our other plugin – Forminator as it will help with getting those working without additional coding.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

Thanks a lot Pawel. I’ll check out Forminator too. Appreciate the response. Regards, Roger
