Managing unconfirmed email users

    Hi,
    Please forgive me if I am barking a wrong tree. Before installing this User Registration plugin, we used to see “Unconfirmed email users” listed on the User WP page where we can delete them. We get a lot of bogus registration even with Captcha, interestingly.

    After installing this plugin, we don’t see the “Unconfirmed” users listed anymore. I was thinking maybe there is no more bogus registration. Unfortunately, when we did a monthly blast, so many bounced, then we realized we are still getting bogus registrations but can’t see them to delete them anymore. Do you have any idea?

    Hi @madflute,

    If you could let me know what registration medium did you use before using the User Registration Plugin then it would be helpful. And, let me know if you are still using it. Also, please provide us the URL of your site. We will then see what is going on.

    Apologies, I now realized the plugin that used to show me
    – Unconfirmed
    – Date request received
    was Profile Builder plug-in
