  • I’m sure this feature is in place to ensure the security of your site and your projects.

Without forcing a user to login to your site, anyone (basically anyone with an internet connection) would be able to access your projects and any information you put there.

Your co-workers will also require a login to use certain functionally within the plugin (some features are only on the pro version) such as add a comment, update a task, add documents etc.

It is very easy to create a user account for your co-workers within the WP admin. There are also a vast number of plugins that integrate with WordPress to allow athenication from a 3rd party such as Facebook, Goolge or Office 365.

However if you read the plugin documentation there is an option to allow viewing of a project – http://docs.projectpanorama.com/knowledge-base/direct-link-access/

Hello, tank you for this first answer. However, we want to give access to all projects to all of our co-workers. We want to use the plugin as a showcase for the projects on which our team is working, with limited informations. So, it would be better if every co-worker loggued on our website could have a direct access to the projects list. If it isn’t possible, how could I do to create accounts for my co-workers and give them the same rights I have on the projects list ?

Thanks in advance for your answer.
