Mandrill and Gravity forms template

I setup the template in mandrill and everything works fine with wordpress. My problem is that when a user submits form thru gravityforms and then receives a notification with whatever custom html, the mandrill template is still the base.

I mean the gravityforms notification is inside mandrill template.

Is there a way to to exclude mandrill template from gravityforms completely?
