    Hello,

    I am using B2BKing lite in combination with woocommerce and cannot seem to get the approval function working.

    Regardless of settings (including trying to force all accounts to go through approval) all accounts regardless of type (ie Customer or Business) are created without being queued for approval and all get put into the B2C customer group.

    I do not believe I am using any other user management plugin and have tried disabling all plugins bar woocommerce and b2bking.

    Are there any additional triage steps I can take?

    After further triage I have managed to narrow down the issue to the bloksy theme.

    This issue can be marked as resolved as I believe B2BKing to be working as intended.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the update,

    In the past we have seen this issue occur with themes that use AJAX registration. This kind of registration works based on predefined theme scripts and cannot work with plugins like ours that extend the registration.

    If you click on the Register button and see a loading mechanism such as “registering…” instead of the standard form submission, that’s likely an AJAX registration.

    Thanks for the response and explanation.

    The work-around I used is to point the account registration to the woocommerce registration page instead of the themes “modal” page which was circumventing the approval proccess.
