    Debug Code: BMI-t783koSg-45570

    Clicked “Create Backup Now” and I told it I didn’t care about the file size. It said it finished the database backup, initiated making the archive, compressing, and said it was starting the background process on the server side. Request was sent successfully, but process stopped after a warning that it could not find any response from the server.

    Hi @spcouch

    It looks like PHP CLI failed to start backup handler.
    That may be caused because of modified or limited executable by hosting provider.

    Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section
    4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    Once you do that, try to run your backup process again, nevertheless I recommend you to follow optional settings as well.

    Optional settings (in case that above won’t resolve your issue):

    1. Go to “Other options” section as well
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa (and save again)
