Manual cleaning

Hello,

Due to a problem I can not use automatic cleaning of plugin’s tables. Since -I think- the plugin creates a performance problem because of huge data in these tables, I wanted to ask if there is a manual way of cleaning and keeping the data of only the last 90 days for example. I have disabled the plugin due to the performance problem.
