    Hi,

I followed the steps to manually connect to my Insta. It didn’t show an error and an insta-account is showing up on page 1
The token was accepted, but I don’t see a list of Insta pages in the selection box on page 2 (use).

On the actual page that is supposed to be visible to the user I get the following to error-messages:

    1. Error: No data found, Try connecting an account first and make sure you have posts on your account.
    2. Error: Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘media’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    Thank you for your help!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details. it looks like the token was accepted successfully, but for some reason, the media permissions or account selection isn’t syncing properly in the “Use” tab. This can happen if the connected Instagram account isn’t a Business or Creator account, or if required permissions weren’t fully granted during the connection process.
To get this sorted quickly, could you please reconnect your Instagram account and carefully approve all permissions, making sure it’s a Business or Creator profile?
