    Hi,

    I’m testing the free version and everything is cool to me. On the description, it says I have to manually email people who abandon their cart.

    On the email which link should send them to recover their cart? Is is the checkout/cart page? What if they are using a different computer/mobile when they check their email.

    This is for the guest user people who type in their email/phone.

    Hi @genimj,

    Thanks for your question.

    You will not be able to create a recovery link for a guest user. However you can send the user a coupon code saying that he can complete his purchase using a discount now.
    The Pro version however when linked with MailChimp will provide the user with such cart recovery link (both guest or registered users).
