Manual excerpts only

    Is it possible to show only excerpts that were manually set and not showning any text for posts that got no manual excerpt?
    Setting excerpt length to 0 doesn’t work because then the default of 55 is used instead.

    With the new version 6.5.0 you can set only excerpt fields as the source of excerpt.
