    Did you also send a message to support?

    When you first installed the plugin it should have come with two schedules, one weekly for database and files and one daily for just the database, do you not have that?

    It could be that another plugin is filtering the list of cron schedules incorrectly. Could you try deactivating your other plugins and see if that fixes the issue.
