Is this happening on all images or just certain ones?
If only happens to certain files can you try re-uploading them and see if it works after that?

happens only when I do the manual optimization from the program itself.
When I upload I do not have any type of error.

Could you please check if you have any broken images in your media library and if the issue is still happening if you remove those?
