Manual Order Split Doesn’t Work

    Hello,
    The plugin was installed and manual order splitting was working then stopped. When you click the items to split and then click the arrow to split the orders it appears to work. However, the split order is never created. No errors are shown on the screen and no errors are present in the error log file. The automated order splitting has not been tested yet.

    Dear Mike,

    For manual split, I would suggest you to have a look on newly created order statuses. Is there any number increasing in published orders? Sometimes it happens if order is not being created with the valid order statuses so they never appear in the orders list. Maybe they are being created but not appearing. Please reach our support team through help tab as well in case you don’t fine a clue.
