Manual Orders

With marketing on social media (facebook, Instagram etc.) there is the potential for orders being received via those media. Whilst WooCommerce allows orders to be added (on the back-end) it does not appear to allow optional extras, that can be added when ordering through Food Store, to be added to ‘products’. Additionally, there does not appear to be a way of selecting a time slot (from the back-end) for the manual order being placed. It seems the only option is to place the order on the ‘front end’ on behalf of the customer. Would it be possible to have a ‘manual/telephone order’ addon that enables owners to add orders to the system? To aid the ‘customer service’ on this addon it would be helpful to be able to select the date for the order and to be shown a list of the time slots with their relevant availability so you can agree an alternative time slot (if the first choice is full) before continuing with the food order.
