    Greetings again and hoping you can help…

    Scenario
    User signs up for paid membership, selects manual payment and receives an email with instructions on how to pay… all good so far…

    However, once payment is received and I mark the invoice as paid, user does not receive any email confirmating the account is now active… this is not so good.

    Note: I have Additional Automated Messages enabled and all automated emails are turned on.

    Ideally I want to send the “Subscription – Completed with payment Message” when an invoice is (manually) marked as paid and if this isn’t already a feature, is there any hook I can use to trigger it?

    Hey @nikbond,

    Hope you’re well.

    I checked the Membership 2 plugin with fresh install WordPress. When I mark any billing paid WordPress sends an email. So I tested exactly steps that you explained and “Subscription – Completed with payment Message:” email works for that.

    If it’s not working for you, can you try with plugin conflict test? You just need to deactivate all other plugins except Membership 2. Then try again.
