Manual payment option

    Hello,

    I can see how a client can switch between the various payment options (Paypal/Stripe/Merchant Plus/etc), but how do I include manual payment as one of those options? I’d like to be able to offer manual payment AND PayPal. As it stands, I can offer only one or the other.
