    Yes. For that you have to edit files. See This Tutorial to lean how you can do that. If you have more doubts on this you may ask here.

    but as i am using wp plugin placing the code below is not working

    Have you added jquery or javascript codes also? We can check if you mention your website also.

    Hi,
    Its working now, i just changed the add_filter in the plugin from “the_content” to “thesis_comment_intro”.

    Hope in the next update we will have an option to place the disqus comment system via a shortcode.

    btw, its an awesome plugin…
