Manual selected related posts problem

Hi,

Thanks for great extension! However, I am experiencing a problem with manually selecting related posts. It shows correctly those posts that I have selected manually, but it also shows (after those) posts which have similar title.

Do you know how can I ONLY show manually picked related posts?
