Manual Shortcode ADS Not showing up

Hi

Ad Inserter does not seem to be working on my website, it uses the Newspaper theme. I have added the shortcode after the first paragraph on this page by using the code [adinserter name=”Block 1″] (adsense code)

I have enabled remote debugging, thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello,

there are few issues with your settings:

1. When you use block with a shortcode you should set (automatic) insertion to Disabled.
2. Block 1 is not inserted because you have blacklisted category europe.

Hi @spacetime thank you for the quick response, it’s very appreciated. I have removed europe from the blocked categories and the automatic insertion is set to disabled but nothing is showing up still. I can’t see anything in the source code on the page itself either.

Any further help is appreciated 🙂

Now Block 1 is not inserted because it is not enabled for posts:

Perfect thank you, blank space at the moment but that’s pretty normal for adsense, the code is now there. Many hours of staring at the screen made me blind to the obvious problems.
