Manual Uninstall

Hi, i had a problem after i updated my wordpress prefixe’s and then i couldnt access the site. at all. Tried to remove the plugin files but that didnt seem to help. Could you please give me a step by step either of creating a admin user manually trough SQL/FTP or uninstalling AAM manually through SQL/FTP.
