    Hi Ben,
    thanks for this great Plugin. Unfortunately it is very powerfull, slows down my Site http://berufebilder.de a bit, so I currently leave the Plugin deactivated and use from time to time the All-Sync-Function which I could reduce just to update only postst of the last days.

    Question: Can you tell me where in your code I could disable the WP-Cron-Background Synchronisation, the updating of the social-aggregation-fields, Statistics and so on.

    I would be happy if I could only manually update the Custom Fields with Social Media Counts.
