Is there a way for the plugin to not automatically make the user active? I need to be able to hold the registration until an Admin approves it. I read through some of the docs but am not seeing a way to do this.

Currently Ultimate Profile Builder does not offers registration approvals. But based on your feedback we have marked it on our roadmap for upcoming version.
