Manually add a "Read All" button

    Is it possible to manually add a “Read All” button, in the same way as the ones that appear automatically for blog sections on the homepage?

    On my website http://www.fernandomontano.com/ in the top section I currently have “Read All” as a hyperlink but would like it to be the same as the buttons further down the page.

    We have visit your site at top section there is “read more” not “read all” which button you want to change please explain in detail.
