    I am trying to manually add a subscriber to a new list. I fill out their name and email information then hit save. But when I go to the list I added them to there is no subscriber. When I search for the subscriber I just added it does not show up. I have updated and troubleshooted everything and nothing is working.

    Hi @kurtisvanderpool,

    When I search for the subscriber I just added it does not show up.

    Can you please go to the MailPoet > Subscribers page and check if the subscriber hasn’t been moved to the Trash by clicking on the Trash filter?

    If they are in the Trash, you won’t be able to re-subscribe them. You’d need to delete them permanently, and then add them again to a list.

    Let us know if that’s the case.

    The subscriber was in the trash. I deleted them permanently, then added them again. They are now showing up but still wont add to the list I selected them for.

    Can you confirm that you can now open the subscriber after searching it on ‘MailPoet > Subscribers’?

    If you can find it can you click on the Edit link when hovering over the subscriber name. That should open this screen where you should be able to add it to the list.

    Please give the above a try and let me know what of those steps is not working for you.

    If you can’t see the list, please make sure that the list has not been deleted either.
