The clients want to choose users to access the files, all can register but they approve them manually.
How can I manually approve users?

I using https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/user-role-editor/ to set new role for the users, an I set the files to be seen by the new role.
It is good solution or it is better to use yours?
