Is there a way to manually block known malicious IP’s? If so, please tell me where to go and how to do that?

Yes, but hackers and spammers usually have large ranges of IP addresses that they use. So if you are going to try that then you should block by CIDR IP address ranges => https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/htaccess-block-ip-address-range-cidr-ip-address-range/#post-8145

It’s more effective to block “bad actions” vs IP addresses.
