manually deinstal

    Hi there,
    I get an error when trying to deinstal the plugin. I can’t delete it though. Can I just delete it via ftp or is there something in the database too? Can you give an instrucstion on how to delete it manually? Thanks

    Hey @maxidavis

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues. Could you provide the error you saw on uninstall?

    You can manually delete the plugin folder/files via FTP without issue. The only items in the database are a single option in the wp_options table, nothing else.

    Hi @joshuadnelson , thanks for the info. I deleted it via ftp and the database.
    The error said something like “Not possible to delete…”
