Manually delete staging site

We have a guide explaining how you can remove a staging site manually:

However, it will be helpful for us if you can enable WP_DEBUG mode following this guide, then try again to delete the staging site and send us the generated debug.log file under (/wp-content/debug.log) so we can investigate why this happened in first place, you can send the file via this form.
