    Hello,

    Is it possible to manually generate a new log that can be seen in status -> logs?

    And if not, please can you tell me how often the logs are generated?

    You can click on the View button at WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs anytime, but error logs will generated only if your site has errors, otherwise not.

    You can, however, generate WooCommerce System Status Report anytime. This documentation will help you understand it.
