Manually purge logs

Right now, the logs purge on every page reload (except the Details, Options, Graph pages), which, I admit, doesn’t give much feedback on what’s being purged, because most of the purging is done the first access of the day, and if you miss it, it’s gone.

I’ll think about how to add an option to disable the automatic purge and give a button somewhere for manual.
