Many bugs with this popup

I installed it and tried to use Interspire email marketer code with it..It deletes the security captcha, it does not show up…

Also it does not stop popping up after I close it for the first time. It pops up each time you open new page.

Also when you click on new page the form closes…..

Also why there is no popup on exit option?
