1. Apps are not uninstalled.=> We reverted our code to fix this issue. Now you can remove the apps within plugin.
2. sales pop up not working. product sync not working. => can you send email to our support [email protected] box so we can manually resync Sales Pop for you?
3. countdown plugin not working on external product. The stock features too not working at all. => I’m sorry that I don’t have good news here, but Beeketing apps cannot work with external, affiliate, and subscription products. We only support simple and variable products.
4. mobile converter not working. => We also need to know your store domain to check and get this fixed for you. Could you also mention this issue in your email to [email protected]?
