Sorry you are having issues, but I would like to clear up a few things regarding your post.
#1 – I don’t offer support on the “Free” plugin any more. WP Smart TV is a side project, and I only have so much time to answer questions and support, so I reserve it for paying clients.
#2 – I’ve posted a full line of YouTube tutorials, written instruction and blog posts to help any one that may be stuck. Try there first because 99% of all questions can be answered by watching the tutorials.
#3 – If you want to use the support ticket system you need to be a paying customer. I would be broke in the poor house if I spent my days answering support tickets on a “Free” plugin.

Thank you for your response, Rob. I can appreciate the value of your time, which is why I stated in the review I would happily pay for the help, but that’s not an option on your site. If I buy one of the plugins from your site, will I be able to then create a ticket in the support system and get some help?
Just so you know, I have been through all the videos and documentation. I can post an episode as a movie type and it works perfect, but when I create a series and attach a previous created episode post to it, it shows up in Roku direct publisher as “ingested,” but it doesn’t actually show up in the Roku app. With a movie type, it works fine.
Again, please let me know how I can pay for help. I will buy the playlist plugin right now if that will get me assistance. Thanks again. And this can easily be turned into a 5-star rating.
