Yes, we do allow you to alter the appearance of the map using map themes, as documented on here.

Themes are supported in the base plugin, however, it may be located under Maps > Edit > Settings > Themes. As newer versions of the user interface have this located in a new sub-menu instead.

Yes, custom markers are a premium feature. With that said, we aren’t allowed to discuss the Pro add-on via these threads as it is reserved for basic support under the ww.wp.xz.cn guidelines.
