i deactivated the plugin to see whether it’s the reason or not. if you can help me to find a permanent solution for this issue, i would greatly appreciate. thanks again.
seems like plugin doesn’t do any extra harm! map still disappears. 🙁

Your website has something else loading the Google Maps API — maybe your theme, maybe another plugin. Two versions of the maps API are loading. This could be causing your problems. Can you check to see if there is another map plugin enabled, and can you disable it?

i don’t have any other map plugin installed. i’m using Avada wordpress theme and theme comes with a google map shortcodes. i am not using theme’s map options though.
I have a couple of client sites using Avada, so I’ll have a play with a copy and see what I can work out. Won’t be until tomorrow morning though.

In the WordPress admin, go to Appearance > Theme Options > Extra and tick the checkbox for Disable Google Map Scripts. Then see what happens.

I just ticked the checkbox and did few refreshes. Haven’t seen disappearance yet. Looks like it’s going to work 🙂 Thanks a lot for your help and prompt responses. Much appreciated!
