Map don’t work when we are not connected

Hello,
it’s been 3 days that I look for and can not find where the problem comes from.
I installed the Geo My WP on a site that I develop locally to display the geolocation of members of the site. In online mode, we can enter the address and see our location but once disconnected, as a simple visitor, only the address is displayed, not the map …
Where can the problem come from?
