Map extra fields by “Feed Level”

    Hello

    Usually we map different extra fields based on local categories, for example, only google appeal categories require age_group and gender fields, we would like to map male to mans categories, and map “female “ to women’s categories.

    But, “Map extra fields” is plugin global settings, and there is no “Map extra fields” in feed file level.

    In this case, if we create different feed file for different categories, and we always need change once again one by one, and mapped extra fields will be overwritten if feed files are set to be auto refresh daily.

    So, anyway to Map extra fields in feed creating process or feed level for different local categories please?

    From my view, there is so-called global fields, it would be much flexible if it support mapping any fields including “brand” to local categories.

    For example, we have shoes categories, and sub categories are men’ and women’s, and Nike and adidas, any products have multiple categories, we can easily map “Nike” brand to “Nike” category.
