Map Markers not deleting

Hi, I’m really struggling to figure out how to fix this. I have a business directory website, and I have tried contacting Javo (the people who created this theme/directory) but with no help received. I currently only have one listing in my directory, and deleted all the example listings, but the example listing’s markers are still showing on the map area. If someone can please help me, I would greatly appreciate it. (The only marker that should show is the one in South Africa, all of the rest should not be there.
