Map no longer showing using shortcode

The multi-marker map is no longer working on my site using the shortcode. I previously was using the short code to display a map that had markers for all of the locations that contributors set for the individual posts.
The widget is still showing location/map properly for each separate post, but the multi-marker map is not. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
