just to confirm, is it the same even when creating new location and can I know what is your current EM version?

It’s really weird… I tried with another installation on another server with no other plugins activated, and had the same problem in the beginning.
After deleting the API key it works. But I have still problems with the first installation.
Version is 5.7.3.
On the first installation try with all plugins deactivate and the default WordPress theme running.

Deactivating all plugins and using a standard theme does not help.
In the meantime I installed a duplicate of the installation on another server, and this works also without any API key.
Can you post a link to your site?

The event calendar with the map problem has the following address:
https://donuthockey.ch/de/termine/
The installation on the same server without any problems:
https://burnermotion.ch/de/lehrerkurse/
If it helps I can give you access to the site.
So on donuthockey.ch you have an API key installed but don’t see any maps in admin either?

Both have no API key.
Also other test installations: The map works only without an API key. Very strange…
Do you have another plugin running that uses an API key?

As I wrote: Deactivating all plugins and using a standard theme does not help.
And a duplicate on another server works.
It could be a server problem, but this makes no sense to me, because both websites are installed on the same server.
And what I do not understand at all: When the map works on whatever installation, it uses no API key. When adding an API key the map stops to work.

Seems to be a server problem. Same with the map of the theme.
I will get in contact with the hosting company.
