Map not showing

Hi, I’m pretty new to this.
I recently changed themes to duena. fixed a couple things. then saw that the map wasn’t showing up. I have not changed any code. I currently have WP maps and Google maps widget running. I’ve tried them one at a time. and I currently have no other plugins activated. still no luck. for the wp maps it shows nothing, for the google maps widget it shows some error image.
