Hi did you add the plugins widget or did you add the shortcode to a text widget?
Either way can you carry out the following test. Deactivate all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test.
I use the plugin widget. will try deactivating more plugins for testing tonight
dont seem to be a plugin conflict. i also added shortcode widget to footer and displays map but when you click to view it shows same error using shortcode

i did try that just now and same error. very strange
Try the following, disable and delete the plugin. Then install a fresh copy.
deleted and reinstalled…didnt know i would loose all my history but did. everything works perfect except map viewer but i lost all history so i will just disable it as it lost all visitors. i should have backed up oh well. thank you for trying to help i will just not use the viewer. great support btw thank you
Sorry to hear you lost all your data :(. Perhaps I should have warned you to create a backup.
I would like to test a few more options if you don’t mind. If you have a cache plugin can you delete the cache. Also delete the browser cache.
What PHP version do you have running in your server? Could you also check your server log files? There is a plugin you can install, which might also help you to debug the issue.
I will try some more this weekend after i get over the fact that i lost the visitor history. will report back in a few days
Hi, out of curiosity. Did you by any chance create a backup in the not so distance past?
I do have many backups but a restore dont seem to put history back on map for some reason? ive tried restoring the plugin directory a few times but no history just new history only shows
Okay, have a look at the database and see if you see any entries.
There might be a way to import the history back in. However I am not sure about this as I have never tried it myself.
would love to get it back but i have no clue where it would be or how to import it? i thought it would be in backup but honestly dont see how
