@openpath,
Can you please provide us link to an event page, we will see if there are any errors causing the issue. Thank you.

@openpath,
Either your theme or another plugin is also using Google Maps and this plugin/theme has large number of errors on your page, thus Google Maps will not work. Can you please contact our support team at support[at]web-dorado.com to further support your case? Mention that you have been redirected from WordPress forum. Thank you.
Hello
I am encountering the same problem: the venue address that I type in does not get shown on the map.
My site is a subsite in a multisite WP install. None of the subsites use a mapping plugin.
My site is not live yet.
I just want to add that this is now working on my site.
All I did was to re-enter (by typing) the address I wanted. Cutting-and-pasting the address did not work – the pasted address would show on the bar, but the map does not refresh to show this address.

@mished,
Please when typing the address select the option from opened drop-down of Google Maps suggestion list. This might be core of the issue, if you manually put in the address without selecting it, the location will not be displayed on the map. Thank you.
Hi, Sona
Yes, I did do it that way: typed the address in and then clicked on the address when it showed on the dropdown.
It was the copying-and-pasting of the address which made it unworkable.
