The [bgmp-list] shortcode is supposed to show a list instead of a map.
Can you add the [bgmp-map] shortcode back to the page, and then reply here so I can take a look? There’s no way for me to tell what’s going on just from your description.
It doesn’t look like the shortcode is on the page. If it were, there would be some kind of output, even if it were just an error message. Can you double check?
If everything looks correct, can you take a full screenshot of the Edit Page screen so I can see if there are any clues there?
If you’re using a caching plugin, make sure to clear the cache.

That’s odd. Have you written any custom action/filter callbacks for ‘bgmp_meta-address-before’ or ‘bgmp_shortcode-bgmp-map-after’, or made any other customizations to the plugin.
You should also try temporarily disabling all other plugins and switching to the TwentyTwelve theme. If it works at that point, then the problem is mostly likely a conflict with another plugin or your theme, and you can re-enable things one-by-one until you find which one causes it to stop working.
