Map not working after migrating website

    Hello,
    Hopefully someone is able to help me. I recently migrated my site from one host to another using a wordpress plugin. Most things on the website transferred just fine, and work, but the map no longer works. I receive the following error on the “Partnermap” page (where the map is displayed), and no items are coming up on the list or on the map. If you go to the link and inspect the page, you can see the error.
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

    Also, I am getting errors on the admin page when I try to geolocate a post.
