Map Not Working for Logged Out Users

    Hello, the map is working fine if we’re logged in but if not, the map only shows loading icon. Why is that?

    Hi @markyeoj

    Thank you for getting in touch, my apologies for the delay in responding.

    It appears that the REST API (used by our plugin to load marker data) is blocked and is responding with 403 – Forbidden. This is almost always due to a security plugin blocking REST URL’s.

    Do you have any security software running, and if so are you able to white-list the API for our plugin?

    As an alternative, you could try switching to XML pull in Maps -> Settings -> Advanced, however please be advised that the plugin still uses the REST API for other features so you may encounter issues with, for instance, searching.
